When you book an appointment, we collect your name, contact information (phone and email), and appointment details (the service you chose, the date and time, and any address or notes you provide). We collect this information solely to schedule and manage your booking.
How we use it
Your information is used only to arrange and manage your appointment. We do not share, rent, or sell your data to any third party. We use your phone number solely to send a one-time booking confirmation by SMS — we do not send marketing texts.
Demonstration site
This is a live demo of the HeldSeat platform. Bookings made here exercise the real product, but no service is actually fulfilled. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
